Support & help

Frequently asked questions

NOA Health is your digital health membership with physician support. We analyse up to 111 blood markers, connect them with your lifestyle and wearable data, and make them understandable in your personal dashboard. On request, a physician from the NOA partner network interprets your values and creates your personal health plan.

Account & app

How do I create a NOA account?
You create your account directly in the NOA Health app. Download it from the App Store, open it, and follow the registration steps. The app requires an active NOA membership, which you take out on noa.health. If you already signed up for early access, please use the same email address.
I can’t log in. What can I do?
First check that you’re using the right email address, then reset your password via “Forgot password”. If it still doesn’t work, email support@noa-health.de with your account email and a short description.
Which devices does the NOA app run on?
The NOA Health app is currently available for iPhone. The minimum iOS version is listed in the App Store. An Android version is coming soon.

Appointments & blood draw

How do I book a blood-draw appointment?
You book online through the web funnel after signing up. Choose a NOA partner practice near you and an available slot. Payment is already covered by your membership, and you don’t need a referral.
Where can I get my blood test?
At NOA partner practices across Germany, including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Reutlingen. Current locations are shown in the app and on noa.health.
How do I prepare for the blood draw? Do I need to fast?
Yes — for meaningful results, please arrive fasting. That means no food for about 10 to 12 hours beforehand. Morning appointments work best. You may drink water anytime, and preferably plenty of it. Take your medication as usual unless your doctor has advised otherwise. Avoid alcohol and intense exercise the evening before if you can.
How long does the blood draw take?
The blood draw itself takes only about 10 minutes.
How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Directly in the app under your appointments, anytime and free of charge. If you run into issues, contact support@noa-health.de.

Results & your plan

When will I get my results?
Your values are usually in your dashboard within 3 business days after the blood draw. You’ll get an in-app notification when everything is ready.
Where can I see my blood values?
In your personal dashboard in the app. There, your values are combined with lifestyle and wearable data into an overall picture, including your biological age.
Does AI make my diagnosis?
No. Your findings and personal health plan are always created by a physician from the NOA partner network. Medical judgement and decisions rest exclusively with the physician.
How often will I be tested?
Twice a year. Your membership includes your comprehensive initial blood test and a follow-up check after about six months. That way you can see what has changed, and your plan grows with you. You can flexibly book additional tests anytime.
Can I share my results with my own doctor?
Yes. You can export your values and findings as a PDF and bring them to your GP or specialist.

Wearables & data

Which wearables can I connect to NOA?
You can currently connect Apple Health, Garmin, Oura and Whoop. Sleep, activity and heart data then feed into your overall picture.
How do I connect my wearable?
Directly in the app under Settings. If you have questions, contact support@noa-health.de.

Membership & billing

What does the NOA membership cost and what’s included?
NOA membership comes in two plans, each billed annually in advance. NOA Essential costs €299 and covers 85 biomarkers; NOA Complete costs €499 and covers 111 biomarkers. Which plan fits you is explained on noa.health after the short quiz. Both plans include two blood tests per year in German specialist labs — your initial test and a follow-up after about six months — plus your personal dashboard with wearable sync. You can add physician review of your values per test, a video consultation with your partner physician via Doctolib, and additional tests. Prices are shown before you book.
How can I pay?
At checkout on our website you’ll find common payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely via our payment provider Stripe.
How do I cancel my membership?
Your membership first runs for 12 months. You can cancel anytime up to one month before it ends, and it then ends at the close of the membership year. If you don’t cancel, it continues flexibly and you can end it anytime with one month’s notice. The easiest way is the “Cancel contracts here” button or an informal email to info@noa-health.de.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. You’ll find your invoices in the app under “Documents”. When a new invoice is ready, we’ll notify you by email.
Can I withdraw or get a refund?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you take out membership. Simply email info@noa-health.de. If you’ve already used services in that period — for example your blood draw — we may retain a proportionate amount. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & security

How secure is my health data?
Health data is among the most personal information there is, and we treat it that way — protected, confidential and always under your control. Your data is transmitted encrypted and hosted exclusively in the EU. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Who can access my data?
Only you and the NOA partner physicians treating you can access your health data. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
How can I export or delete my data?
You always have the right to access, export or request deletion of your data. Email support@noa-health.de.

Medical & safety

Who is NOA for?
NOA is for adults aged 18 and over who want to track their health long-term and preventively. NOA is not suitable for acute symptoms or medical emergencies — that’s for your doctor or emergency services. We also ask you not to take out a membership during pregnancy for now, because many blood values are assessed differently then.
Does NOA replace my GP or specialist?
No. NOA complements your care with comprehensive prevention and specialist support, but it does not replace your GP or specialist and is not emergency care.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
The NOA app is not intended for medical emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
